New combo therapy hopes to beat relapsed ALK+ lymphoma

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, alectinib and duvelisib, for people with a rare type of blood cancer called ALK+ anaplastic large cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to find the safest and most effective doses and see how long the benefit lasts after stopping therapy. About 30 participants will be enrolled at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
