Summary
This early-phase study tests a combination of two drugs, alectinib and duvelisib, in 30 people with a rare type of blood cancer called ALK-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the combination can lead to lasting remission after treatment ends.
