Summary
This study looked at how air pollution and different types of exercise affect thinking skills in healthy young adults. 93 people aged 20-30 who didn't exercise regularly were split into groups doing high-intensity interval training, moderate aerobic exercise, or stretching, with some using air filters. Researchers measured changes in brain function, blood flow, and related chemicals to understand the combined effects.
