Summary
This study is testing whether a smartwatch-like device, combined with artificial intelligence, can help people with chronic heart failure stay healthier and avoid hospital trips. About 205 adults with stable heart failure will either use the device for six months or receive their usual care. The main goal is to see if the AI monitoring can spot early signs of trouble and reduce hospital admissions by 20% compared to standard care.
