Can you tell if a doctor or a computer wrote this treatment plan?
NCT ID NCT07025096
Summary
This study aims to see if an artificial intelligence (AI) system can give treatment advice for sepsis and ARDS that is as safe and appropriate as advice from a human doctor. It will enroll 350 critical care doctors and nurses to review patient cases and guess whether the treatment plan was created by AI or a clinician. The goal is to understand if AI can be a helpful tool for complex medical decisions in the ICU.
