Summary
This study tested a new AI tool that combines a simple blood test (cell-free DNA) with MRI scans to improve prostate cancer detection. The goal was to help men with borderline PSA levels avoid unnecessary biopsies. Over 1,600 men participated, and the AI model was designed to predict whether a biopsy would find cancer or not.
