Summary
This study tests a smartphone app that uses artificial intelligence to predict and prevent unhealthy eating, combined with a continuous glucose monitor. The goal is to help 300 adults with overweight or obesity improve their eating habits and lose weight. Participants will use the app and wear a small sensor to track blood sugar levels.
