New drug AGX101 targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in early trial

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called AGX101 in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. AGX101 is designed to deliver a cancer-killing agent directly to tumor cells. The main goals are to find the safest dose and to check for side effects. About 80 participants will receive the drug intravenously every 3 to 9 weeks.
