Could Anti-Aging drugs help treat mental illness?

Summary
This study is testing whether two drugs, dasatinib and quercetin, can slow down accelerated aging in older adults with schizophrenia or treatment-resistant depression. Up to 40 participants will take the drugs for four weeks while also receiving lifestyle coaching. Researchers will check if the treatment is safe and look for changes in blood markers of aging, brain health, and mental health symptoms.
