Summary

This study tests whether supplements made from agar (a seaweed extract) and collagen can reduce knee pain in people with osteoarthritis. Researchers will enroll 80 adults aged 40-70 who have mild to moderate knee pain. Participants will take either the supplement or a placebo for a set period, and pain levels will be measured using a standard questionnaire.
