First seen Mar 06, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week aerobic exercise program (stationary biking) can improve blood flow and brain function in older veterans aged 65-80 who don't currently exercise. Researchers will measure brain health before and after the program using MRI scans. The goal is to understand how exercise might protect the aging brain and help prevent diseases like dementia.
