NCT ID NCT03803904
First seen Mar 06, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week indoor cycling program can improve blood flow and brain function in older veterans (ages 65-80) who don't currently exercise. Researchers will measure brain health before and after the program using special MRI scans. The goal is to learn how exercise might help protect the aging brain and reduce the risk of diseases like dementia.
