Summary
This study tests a web-based program called the Adult Wellbeing CheckUp (AWC) for adults aged 60 and older, including those caring for someone with dementia. Participants will either use the AWC platform to get personalized action plans or receive general healthy aging info. Researchers want to see if the program helps people manage their health and take more steps to improve their wellbeing over 6 months.
