New study tests online tool to boost healthy aging in seniors

Summary
This study tests a web-based program called the Adult Wellbeing CheckUp (AWC) to see if it helps older adults (age 60+) improve their health and wellbeing. About 496 participants will be randomly assigned to use the AWC platform or receive general healthy aging information for 24 weeks. The goal is to see if the program increases their ability to manage their health and take actions to support healthy aging.
