New study tests online tool to boost wellbeing in older adults

Summary

This study tests a web-based program called the Adult Wellbeing CheckUp (AWC) to see if it helps older adults improve their health and wellbeing. About 496 people aged 60 and older, including caregivers for those with dementia, will be randomly assigned to use the AWC platform or receive general healthy aging information. The study lasts 6 months and measures changes in health engagement and actions taken to improve wellbeing.
