New registry tracks how ADPKD patients actually use their medication

Summary
This study is a registry that collects information from up to 2,000 adults with ADPKD who are being considered for or already taking tolvaptan. Researchers will track how the drug is dosed, how long people stay on it, and how their kidney function changes over time. The goal is to understand real-world treatment patterns, not to test a new therapy.
