First seen Mar 18, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This early-stage study checks whether a single dose of JMKX003142, a drug being developed for polycystic kidney disease, changes the heart's electrical activity in 24 healthy Chinese adults. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive the drug or a placebo, and their heart rhythms will be closely monitored. The goal is purely safety-related, not to treat any disease.
