Summary

This study tests a program called ADL+2.0 designed to prevent or delay cognitive decline in adults aged 60 and older who have memory concerns but no dementia. Participants will receive a mix of cognitive training, physical exercises, and wellness activities, either remotely or combined with onsite group sessions. The goal is to see if this personalized, technology-supported approach can improve memory and thinking skills, and be rolled out widely in the community.
