Summary
This study tests a program called ADL+2.0 designed to prevent or delay cognitive decline in adults aged 60 and older who have memory concerns but no dementia. Participants will receive a mix of cognitive training, exercises, and wellness activities, either remotely or in person. The goal is to see if this personalized approach can keep minds sharp and be rolled out widely in the community.
