Summary

This study tests whether adding a drug called ADI-PEG 20 to standard radiation and chemotherapy can help children, teens, and young adults with newly diagnosed high-grade glioma (a fast-growing brain tumor). About 97 participants will receive the combination therapy. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can delay tumor growth.
