New combo therapy targets hard-to-treat liposarcoma

Summary

This study tests whether two drugs, etrumadenant and zimberelimab, can shrink or control advanced dedifferentiated liposarcoma that has returned, spread, or cannot be removed by surgery. About 16 adults with this rare cancer will receive the combination. The goal is to see how many patients respond within 24 weeks.
