First seen Apr 22, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study aims to find what factors help predict recovery in children with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM), a rare brain inflammation. Researchers will follow 25 children aged 6 months to 18 years, tracking their recovery using a disability scale. The goal is to better understand which children are likely to fully recover and who might have relapses.
