This study watches brain activity and blood flow in 300 adults admitted to the intensive care unit with serious brain conditions like bleeding, stroke, or injury. Researchers use noninvasive monitors already in use to collect data during standard care. The goal is to better understand how the brain recovers, not to test a new treatment.
