Can a buddy program help people in recovery get back to work?

Summary
This study tests a new program that combines addiction treatment with personalized job coaching to help people find work. About 100 adults with substance use disorders who are unemployed will be randomly assigned to either the new program or standard employment services. Researchers will track how many get a job within 6 months and measure stress levels during a mock job interview.
