Can a second dose of powerful cancer drugs work again?

Summary
This study looks at whether giving antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) a second time is safe and effective for people with advanced breast cancer that has spread. About 160 adults who have already received ADCs will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the tumors shrink or stop growing.
