Can a second dose of smart drugs shrink tumors again?
NCT ID NCT06649331
First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looks at whether giving a second course of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) can safely shrink tumors in people with advanced breast cancer who have already received these drugs. About 160 adults with metastatic breast cancer will receive the same or a different ADC and be monitored for response and side effects. The goal is to see if rechallenging with ADCs offers meaningful disease control when standard options are limited.
