Summary

This study tests whether using MRI scans to adjust radiation therapy can reduce damage to nearby healthy organs in people with head and neck cancer. About 35 participants will receive a personalized radiation boost based on how their tumor responds. The goal is to lower side effects while still effectively treating the cancer.
