First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a physical activity program can help improve hormone health and reduce diabetes risk in girls ages 8 to 12 who may be at higher risk for PCOS. Participants will either get a full program with coaching and messages or a lower-intensity version with messages only. The goal is to see if the program is acceptable and to track changes in activity, insulin sensitivity, and hormone levels over one year.
