First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests a new approach called Acoustic Cluster Therapy (ACT) combined with standard chemotherapy for people with locally advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. ACT uses ultrasound to help chemotherapy drugs penetrate deeper into tumors. The goal is to see if this combination shrinks tumors better than chemo alone. About 25 participants will be enrolled.
