Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug called AB801, which blocks a protein (AXL) that helps cancers grow and resist treatment. It is given alongside chemotherapy and immunotherapy to people with bile duct or pancreatic cancer that is either borderline resectable, locally advanced, or metastatic. The study will enroll 46 participants to check safety, side effects, and the best dose.
