Heart patients get help finding adult doctors

Summary
This study looks at better ways to help teenagers with congenital heart disease switch from pediatric to adult healthcare. Researchers will compare education led by nurses versus doctors. About 450 patients, their supporters, and providers will take part to see which approach works best.
