Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called ABO2102, alone or with another drug, in about 101 adults with advanced solid tumors that have a KRAS mutation. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors. This is a first-in-human trial, so the focus is on safety and early signs of effectiveness.
