First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug (BRP-020063) that first helps doctors see tumors on a PET scan, then delivers a low dose of radiation to treat them. It enrolls 10 adults with advanced metastatic solid tumors, mainly urothelial carcinoma. The goal is to check safety, how the drug moves through the body, and gather data for future higher-dose studies.
