Summary
This study tests a radioactive drug (177Lu PSMA) in people with advanced or spreading cancers that have a specific marker called PSMA. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can control the disease. 83 participants will receive up to 4 cycles of the drug, with doses adjusted based on risk factors for side effects.
