First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study gives a targeted drug called abemaciclib to 20 people with bladder cancer who cannot have standard chemotherapy. The drug is taken for a short time before surgery to remove the bladder. Researchers compare tumor samples taken before and after treatment to see how the drug affects cancer cell growth and genetic changes. The goal is to learn more about the drug's effects, not to cure the disease.
