Summary
This study tests a drug called abemaciclib in 20 people with bladder cancer who cannot receive standard chemotherapy. Participants take the drug for a short time before their bladder removal surgery. Researchers compare tumor samples taken before and after treatment to see how the drug changes cancer cell growth and to check for side effects.
