Summary
This study looks at whether people with early-stage HR+HER2- breast cancer can stay on a higher, FDA-approved dose of abemaciclib (150mg twice daily) for longer. About 50 participants will take the drug alongside hormone therapy after surgery. The goal is to see if this approach helps control the disease without causing too many side effects like diarrhea.
