Summary
This study looks at whether people with early-stage HR+HER2- breast cancer can safely take a higher dose of the drug abemaciclib along with hormone therapy. The goal is to see if more patients can stay on the full approved dose for 84 days. About 50 participants will be enrolled, and the study will also track side effects like diarrhea.
