Summary
This study is investigating how abdominal compression garments help people with autonomic failure manage low blood pressure when standing up. Researchers will compare the effects of abdominal compression to standard medication (midodrine) in 29 participants. The goal is to understand exactly how this non-drug approach works to improve symptoms like dizziness and fainting.
