First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding abatacept to standard drugs can safely prevent graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) after a special stem cell transplant (omidubicel) for blood cancers. Ten adults will receive the drug combination and be monitored for side effects and transplant success. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and feasible before larger studies.
