Summary
This study tests whether taking the flu medicine oseltamivir for 5 days works as well as taking it for 10 days to prevent flu in hospital patients who were exposed to the virus. About 200 adults with flu risk factors will participate. The goal is to see if a shorter treatment is enough to keep people from getting sick.
