Summary

This early-phase study tests a drug called 177Lu-DOTATATE in 10 people with stage IV or recurrent breast cancer. The drug targets cancer cells that have a specific marker (SSTR2) and delivers radiation to kill them. The goal is to see if it can shrink tumors and reduce cancer stem cells in the blood.
