First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a 6-week Zumba program could help sedentary young women feel better mentally and emotionally. 36 women aged 18-25 who did little to no exercise were split into two groups: one did Zumba classes, the other kept their usual routine. Researchers measured their psychological resilience, quality of life, and love of life before and after the program to see if dancing made a difference.
