Summary

This study is testing whether a 4-month Zumba dance exercise program can improve health in overweight women, both before and after menopause. Researchers will compare women who do Zumba four times a week to a group that does not exercise. They will measure changes in weight, body fat, hormone levels, heart health markers, and fitness to see if the dance routine helps.
