Summary
This Phase 2 study tests whether ZT006, a daily or weekly tablet, helps overweight and obese adults lose weight when combined with diet and exercise. About 184 participants will receive either ZT006 or a placebo for 28 weeks, with some continuing for an extra 12 weeks. The main goal is to measure weight change and check for side effects.
