Summary
This study tested an experimental injection called ZT002 in 303 adults who were overweight or obese. Participants received either the drug or a placebo for 24 weeks. The main goal was to see how much weight they lost and whether they achieved 5%, 10%, or 15% weight loss. The trial is now complete, and results will help determine if ZT002 is safe and effective for weight management.
