Summary
This study tested an experimental injection called ZT002 in 303 adults who are overweight or have obesity. The goal was to see how much weight people lost after 24 weeks of treatment compared to a placebo. The study also looked at how many people lost at least 5%, 10%, or 15% of their starting weight. Participants had a body mass index (BMI) of 24 or higher with related health issues, or a BMI of 28 or higher.
