Summary
This study tests a drug called zotiraciclib in people with a certain type of brain tumor (glioma) that has come back after treatment. The tumor must have a specific gene mutation (IDH1 or IDH2). Participants take the drug by mouth in cycles. The goal is to see if the drug can slow tumor growth and to find the best dose with the fewest side effects.
