Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called zolbetuximab combined with standard chemotherapy for people with a specific type of advanced pancreatic cancer. The drug targets a protein on cancer cells to help the immune system attack the tumor. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose in about 12 adults who haven't had chemo before.
