Summary
This study tests a new drug called ZL-1310, alone or with standard treatments (atezolizumab and carboplatin), in people with small cell lung cancer. About 339 participants will join to see if the combination is safe and shrinks tumors. The goal is to find better ways to control this aggressive cancer.
