Summary

This Phase 3 trial tests ZL-1310, a drug that delivers chemotherapy directly to cancer cells, in people with small cell lung cancer that has returned after initial treatment. About 480 participants will receive either ZL-1310 or one of three standard treatments. The study aims to see if ZL-1310 shrinks tumors more effectively and helps people live longer.
