This study looked at whether adding zinc and selenium to cookies could help tuberculosis (TB) patients. 90 adults with TB were divided into groups and given either regular or fortified cookies. Results suggest that the added minerals may improve the body's immune response and nutritional status, potentially helping patients fight TB more effectively.
